Sober Spirits G 0.0% is made from a real French gin, dealcoholized. The spirit travels to Grasse, the world capital of perfume, where the alcohol is extracted and given a second life in fine perfumery. It comes back to a French distillery dating from 1875, where it is redistilled in century-old copper pot stills with juniper berries, coriander and citrus peel.The result is dry and precise: juniper first, then coriander, lemon zest and a herbaceous freshness that holds its own against tonic instead of disappearing into it.Built for mixing.
