Sober Spirits R 0.0% is made from a real Caribbean rum, dealcoholized. The spirit travels to Grasse, the world capital of perfume, where the alcohol is extracted and given a second life in fine perfumery. It comes back to a French distillery dating from 1875, where it is redistilled in century-old copper pot stills with selected botanicals, fruits and barks.What is left is the aromatic heart: lightly woody, with caramelised dried fruits, sugarcane and a hint of vanilla. The structure, the texture and the length in the mouth of an aged spirit, with none of the alcohol and no sugar.Built for mixing.
