The Sockhead Slouch Hat pattern was designed by Kelly McClure. Over the years, we've knit lots of Sockhead Hats in just about all of our yarns. This slouchy, comfy hat is the perfect project for that one skein of sock yarn that is way too special to put on your feet. Fair warning: there is miles of stockinette stitch, so this makes for great TV, travel or zen knitting. You'll need one skein of fingering weight yarn (or, if you're handy with math, sport and DK yarns will also work!) to complete this project. Our hat projects featured here include Coffee Break on Yummy 2-Ply, MDSW 2016 on Yummy 3-Ply, Funny Papers on Keira, Whimsical on Katahdin, and Dark Andromeda on Kunlun. The Sockhead Slouch Hat is a free download from the designer on Ravelry! This pattern may also be found on the Bohoknits Blog.
