Sodi de Pioz represents our winery's unique perspective. It's a waltz in the midst of the plateau's harshness, expressing elegance through a wine made from La Alcarria's centry-old Tempranillo vineyards rooted in limestone-rich subsoil. This vineyard was revived through our project to rescue and protect the oldest vines on the verge of disappearance. It offers silky tannins, length, freshness, and complexity.
