Price is for one pen. These luminous pens are created with a clay base on top of the plastic barrel and then soft to the touch heart shaped flowers are placed into the clay. Pens a re medium ball point that write 1.0 black ink. Each pen measures approximately 15x146mm (.59in x and 5.74in) and weighs approximately ..6 oz. Pens are refillable with Beadable Pen refills which are available on our site in either blue or black colors. Note that over the counter refills will not work with these. Due to the hand-made nature of these pens, there may be imperfections or irregularities in the placement of the rhinestones.
