Slightly more forgiving than harder woods like walnut- soft maple offers a gentle surface that supports both your knives and your daily rhythm in the kitchen. Each board is finished with a nourishing blend of beeswax and coconut oil, bringing out the natural grain while providing a food-safe, low-maintenance finish that ages gracefully with use. A thoughtful detail we especially love: a subtle chamfered edge on the underside, allowing the board to lift easily from the countertop — almost like built-in handles.
