Inspired by my background as a pastry chef, I us e modelling paste to build up thick, sculptural layers that resemble the creamy richness of gelato. Each brushstroke is carefully applied to create a tactile experience, inviting viewers to almost taste the art. My pastry skills come into play as I mix and thicken the paste, much like perfecting a recipe, ensuring the textures are rich, full and balanced.
