Also known as "mould-makers' size", Soft Soap release agent is used between plaster and plaster when making plaster casts from plaster moulds, typically in pottery and ceramic appl ications. Watered down and applied in layers until a smooth surface is achieved. Add 50% of boiling water to 50% of Soft Soap and let it cool before using. Gently apply three coats using a brush or sponge. Remove any excess soap after each application and give it time to dry. Soft Soap is a non-hazardous composition of potassium soap and vegetable oil. Show more
