Includes: Pair of heavy duty brackets (black), four metal mounting arms with pins, four rubber bag supports. Important: 1984-2017 fits Harley Davidson Softail Standard, Fat Boy, Deluxe, and Heritage models. 2018-2024 fit Harley Davidson Softail Heritage and Deluxe models.
