Sol Eterno or “eternal sun” in both Spanish and Portuguese is a nod to its split base of tequila and aged cachaça. Bolstered by three artisanal Liber & Co. syrups, this is an unrel entingly flavorful cocktail. Take a sip and slip into everlasting paradise. This cocktail was the grand prize winner of our 2025 Liber Games! Ingredients: ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup 1 ½ oz reposado tequila 1 ½ oz cachaça 1 ½ oz fresh lime juice 1 oz fresh orange juice 6 drops 20% saline solution Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with pebble ice Pour unstrained into a chilled glass Top with more pebble ice and garnish Glass: tiki or highball Garnish: orange slice mint Photo: @seeking.alchemy Show more
