**Update** In stock and ready to ship! The XT-E is the replacement technology for the CREE XP-G using Cree's new silicon carbide wafers. They deliver more flux using less power. These are the base LEDs used in aquarium lighting as the white light, adding in other colors to supplement if necessary. Now on a convenient solderless star! This LED comes in several Kelvin rating: Cool White - Great for planted tanks mixed 1:1 with warm white. Not recommended for reef tank. Neutral White - Great for reef tanks, used with XT-E royal blue and XP-E2 blue in a 2:4:1 ratio. Warm White - Great with planted tanks mixed 1:1 with cool white, and for tweaking certain non-fluorescent coral colors in reef tanks. Please use 18-24AWG stranded or solid wire to easily insert into the solderless connector - make sure you strip the wire. To remove the wire, use a need/staple and poke the hole above where the wire is inserted (we recommend Solid Wire 24awg (300 volt) - 25 feet - White)
