Yamabiko's first coffee release for this winter. As the name suggests this coffee is like golden rays of sunshine in the middle of the winter day. This coffee is grown on Ken Bon f arm in Shekiso, a district within Ethiopia’s Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNP). You can expect expressive fruit flavours upfront, with a medium body that coats the tongue, and a lingering sweet finish. The perfect coffee for the colder months. In the cup we are getting notes of stewed strawberries and blueberry, hints of watermelon, grapes, cider and brown sugar.
