With 4 seminars per year, grab them as they come up!!! Each seminar lasts 40mins. Groups sizes will be limited, so get in early. They will be one of the following topics: Sparring - improve your skill level. You must have full sparring gear (headguard included) Self defence - looking at moving the odds in YOUR favour.
