The collaboration between filmmaker Taylor Steele and the Montes family brings a fresh creative vision to a deeply traditional craft, resulting in a tequila that is both authentically rooted and strikingly modern. Nose: Sweet cooked agave opens first, followed by toasted almonds and a gentle lift of baking spice. Palate: Eighteen months of oak aging deliver cooked agave, chestnuts, and caramel, with a beautifully integrated finish of orange, light smoke, and maple wood.
