All seven grape varieties make up this cuvée. Mainly Pinot Noir, a little Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Arbane, one of Champagne's most traditional grapes. This Champa gne is produced using the famous solera method, inspired by Andalusian sherry production. It has a complex taste with notes of yellow fruit, white fruit and almonds.
