ITY fabric also known as interlock twist yarn is a popular fabric due to the method on how it's made. It has a soft feel inside and out and has natural elastic properties that helps it retract and stretch and a beautiful manner. ITY knits are usually very easy to sew so it's commonly used for tops, skirts, dresses, and etc. ITY as a garment doesn't cling and it drapes over nicely. For designers using this fabric it's actually easier to sew with since it has a stable formation and doesn't curl at the edges.
