These bars are safe for all types of dishes and amazing for cast iron cookware. As an added bonus, these are perfect for cleaning countertops, stovetops etc. Each bar is 4 oz and is made with coconut oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide (lye), rice bran oil, olive oil and essential oils.
