I made this small boule board from English Walnut, keeping the design intentionally uncomplicated: a circular working surface finished with a small handle at the top. The 10-inch round surface is naturally suited to a crusty boule, but it's also a useful size for slicing fruit, preparing a small snack, serving cheese or bringing something straight from the kitchen to the table. At only 1.5 pounds, it's easy to grab when you don't need one of our larger kitchen boards.
