Using the tweezers provided, place the grillz with the silicone inside into the hot water. When the silicone turns clear and slightly soft, lift the grillz out and let them cool for a few seconds so they're warm, not hot. Press them onto your teeth with your fingers and bite down so they sit flush. Hold for about 60 seconds while the silicone molds. Not a perfect fit? Reheat the silicone and mold again.
