A honeycomb join ensures that the wide-stave oak material is stable, and the wide staves vary between 60mm to 120mm in width - with an average of 90mm. Please compare this when choosing your product, as other retailers may use narrower sections of timber, which do not truly showcase the grain. Wide-stave oak may contain natural imperfections and sound knots, filled with a natural biobased polyamide to ensure stability. Please note that this is a natural element of the product design and is not a defect.
