Solid Oak Rustic 3 Ledged Bead & Butt Barn Door These oak internal doors are manufactured to a standard 40mm thickness, which is made up on 20mm thick vertical panels and 20mm thick horizontal ledges. They come as 1981mm in height as standard and you have the option of 4 different widths, ranging from 610mm - 838mm. If a non-standard size is needed, it isn't a problem at all; we can pretty much cater for any size you require. Our Solid Oak Rustic 3 Ledged Doors are supplied pre-sanded and unfinished to provide you with the opportunity to give them your desired look, the look that best matches the overall design of your house. If you prefer, however, you can let us do the hard work for you by using our in-house oiling service and choosing the prefinished option. These doors are manufactured with specially kiln-dried rustic oak that has a low moisture content of 6-10%. The individual oak panels are finished in a Butt & Bead profile, and nail holes are also visible within this door (of course, you can fill these in if you’d prefer). The number of planks and the width of planks may vary from door to door, depending on measurements.
