This solid oak board works just as well as a serving tray or chopping board, perfect for cheese during an evening soiree, or for serving lemonade on the veranda on a hot summer’s d ay. It is probably too heavy for ping-pong. Made with strips of solid oak, glued with alternating grain, this design ensures your serving board stays flat over time. The board is finished with mineral oil, and comes wrapped in tissue paper. NB: The mineral oil will still be penetrating the wood for a week or so after purchase, so it is perfectly normal for some to remain, and to be picked up on the supplied tissue paper.
