Please note these are 100% solid oak doors, not engineered or veneered. Once you see them, you will see the difference.Available in made-to-measure sizes; fill out our contact form for more info.Made from solid oak, the doors feature tongue and groove construction between the vertical boards, with mortice and tenon joints used to make a strong frame.These doors are approximately 35mm thick. They are exactly the same as our regular Suffolk doors, but without the top panel, so they are supplied unglazed and you can choose your own colours and glazing patterns. We recommend the use of 6mm safety glass.All our oak internal doors are supplied untreated, so you can finish them with a suitable hardwax oil such as Treatex; see our oils and waxes range. The door is available unfinished and pre-sanded, or you can choose to have it prefinished before delivery. Our in-house finishing service uses the same high-quality oils sold on our site, giving an enhanced wood finish and excellent protection. To have your door pre-treated, simply choose your finish before adding it to the basket.Glazing is not supplied, so once you have your door, please take your exact measurements and speak to your local glazier to finalise the look you are after. The beading is supplied in loose lengths and will require fitting on glazing installation.
