Participants will: Craft a Solid Perfume: Blend luxurious oils, waxes, and your favorite fragrance notes into a portable and solid perfume. Customize a Locket: Select a silver or gold solid perfume locket, which comes in a beautifully designed box with a customizable label. You’ll also have the option to have your locket engraved for an elegant, personal keepsake or a heartfelt gift. To ensure a smooth operation and to accommodate all participants fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations by Participants: More than 7 days prior to the workshop: Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the workshop date for a full gift card refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the workshop: Participants cancelling within this timeframe will be eligible for a 50% gift card refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability. Less than 48 hours prior to the workshop: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability. Cancellations by ol.facto: In the unlikely event that a workshop must be canceled or rescheduled by ol.facto, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date. If a workshop cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Late Arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the workshop to avoid disruption to other participants. No refund will be provided in such cases, but affected participants may be offered a discount on future workshops. No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows on the day of the workshop. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the booking, including participant substitutions or transfers to another workshop date, must be communicated to ol.facto no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop.
