This unit is made of solid pine throughout.Our restoration workshop has stripped and cleaned this piece before applying a matt lacquer finish that enhances the knotted pine colour and grain as well as providing a good level of protection in careful everyday use. The dimensions show the depth of this piece measured from the back corner to the centre of the front edge, followed in brackets by the depth measured from the back corner along the wall to the front corner. There is a purpose drilled hole at the back of the lower shelf of this unit which can be used to feed an electric cable.
