The activation may take a few minutes, ensure your data roaming is activated· Non-Refundable: the service is non-refundable once purchased· Setup: the customer shall install and activate the Solis Zero on a compatible device prior to using the service and within 15 days of purchase, otherwise the data plan will be forfeit· Compatible Device: Solis Zero requires the device to be compatible with eSIM. The customer shall ensure the device is compatible with eSIM service. SIMO declines any responsibility if Solis Zero cannot be installed on the customer's device.
