1:1 Somatic Sessions A space to listen, reconnect and discover more choice 1:1 Somatic Sessions Individual sessions shaped around your experiences, needs and present capacity. Sessions may include conversation, somatic exploration, movement, breath, reflection or touch when appropriate and agreed upon. They are available in Helsinki and online. What happens in a session? We begin with what is present for you. You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or know how to explain everything you are experiencing. Together, we slow down and become curious about what you are noticing - in your body, emotions, movement, relationships or everyday life. A session may include conversation, somatic awareness, breath, movement, anatomical exploration or reflection. When we meet in person, touch may also be included when it feels appropriate, is wanted and has been clearly agreed upon. Rather than following a fixed sequence, I respond to you and what is happening in the moment. We may notice sensations, impulses, tension, areas of support or familiar patterns in how your body responds. We work with what feels manageable, allowing time for your system to process and for new possibilities to emerge. The intention is not to force a release, achieve a particular state or tell your body what it should do. It is to support you in developing a more connected relationship with yourself - with greater awareness of your needs, boundaries, resources and choices. Some sessions may feel quiet and inward. Others may include more active movement, expression or exploration. Each session is different because each person - and each moment - is different.
