Sunday Afternoons from 4:15-5:15pm Vibration is a symphony of color, aroma, and sound. Together, we’ll immerse in this harmony, surrounded by Cheryl's healing herbs and Minna's resonant sounds. Immerse yourself in a serene journey of guided meditation accompanied by the gentle, resonant tones of the monochord, singing bowls, and chimes. This unique experience blends the healing vibrations of a monochord, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments to create a meditative soundscape that soothes the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation, and restores inner harmony. Enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea to conclude the experience, grounding and integrating the journey. Everyone is welcome! No previous meditation or sound experience is required. Space is limited to ten (10) participants. Comfy cushioned floor chairs will be provided. If you wish to lie down, bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to be comfortable. We can accommodate a few people lying down. Indicate which option you wish when registering. COST: $40. Pre-registration required as space is limited. Instructor Bio:Minna Sivola is a certified sound practitioner and owner of Harmoniaalto with a private practice in downtown San Rafael. Since 2010, Minna has devoted herself to the art of sound healing, bringing sound baths into private homes, mental health and addiction clinics, and corporate settings throughout the Bay Area. Her sessions provide a safe, immersive space where sound serves as a gentle guide to inner harmony within the body, the mind, and the spirit.
