SONNET | AGED SOUR WITH APRICOTS, GRAPE SKINS AND ELDERFLOWER Sonnet has a subtle white wine character, having been conditioned on Madeleine Angevine grape skins kindly provided by Stanlake Park Wine Estate. The grape skins add tannins, grassiness and a delicate vinous character, with floral and fruity notes amplified by British apricots and locally foraged elderflowers.
