Patient Information Leaflets are updated periodically by the manufacturer. For cutaneous use only.Do not ingest. Apply directly to the scalp only. For adult men aged 18–65 years. The recommended dose is 1ml of solution every 12 hours (1ml is equivalent to 10 metered sprays). The hair and scalp must be completely dry before application. Spread the solution using your fingertips over the treatment area, starting from the centre. For external use only. Read the package leaflet before use. Hazards and Cautions Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or may take any other medicines or complementary therapies, or if you have a medical condition. This medicine may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions or are taking medications listed in the Patient Information Leaflet. Do not exceed 2ml per day and do not use more than twice daily. Wash hands after use. This product should not be used by women. Do not use this medicine if you have high blood pressure (even if it is being treated) or if you have any condition affecting the scalp. Speak to your doctor before use if you have heart disease or a circulation disorder. The solution is flammable. Do not use while smoking or near naked flames or heat sources. Avoid exposing the container or contents to naked flames during use, storage, or disposal. Further Information You may need to use this medicine twice daily for at least 2 months before seeing new hair growth, as hair growth is a slow process. New hair growth may initially be soft and fine but should thicken over time. If treatment is stopped, regrown hair may be lost within 3–4 months, and hair loss may resume. Continued use is required to maintain results. If no improvement is seen after 4 months, treatment should be discontinued. Storage Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton and label. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Once opened, use within 30 days. Keep the container tightly closed and store in a well-ventilated place. Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if any side effects occur.
