Sorbus is a substantial hemp and linen cloth in a natural, unbleached tone, with a soft handle and quietly textured surface. At 325gsm, it has reassuring weight and body, while rem aining supple, relaxed and easy to handle. The cloth feels thick and generous in the hand, but remains flexible enough to fall into soft folds. Its natural colour has a warm, earthy character, with subtle variation in the yarns allowing the weave and fibre to remain visible. It is particularly well suited to curtains, soft furnishings, relaxed upholstery and sewing projects where softness, texture and substance are equally important. Woven from 56% linen and 44% hemp, Sorbus brings together the natural strength and texture of both fibres — a versatile mid-to-heavyweight cloth with a soft finish, substantial feel and understated character.
