Sorrel is the classic "pot-herb", meaning a leafy vegetable that comes with a lot of flavor! Great harvested as a baby-leaf for salads, where it's tangy lemon zing adds interest, a nd a wonderful partner to fish or potatoes when full-grown & cooked, whereupon it becomes spinach-like, mild, and loses the sharp zing.
