Sorta White is Lane’s creamy, tangy spin on Alabama white BBQ sauce. It starts with that classic mayo-style richness, then brings in apple cider vinegar, horseradish, and a little chili pepper kick for a sauce that works way beyond barbecue chicken. Drizzle it over smoked chicken, dunk wings, spread it on burgers, pile it onto brisket nachos, or use it as a dipping sauce for fries and onion rings. It is smooth, zippy, and dangerously easy to “accidentally” put on everything. Pair it with our “Kinda Sweet” sauce and you have a match made in Heaven. Flavor Profile: Creamy, tangy, peppery, and savory Heat Level: Mild Best On: Smoked chicken, wings, turkey, pork, burgers, sandwiches, and vegetables Great For: Dipping, drizzling, finishing smoked meats, dressing slaw, and spreading on sandwiches Pairs Well With: Legendary Chicken Rub, Blackening Rub, Signature Rub, SPG Rub, and Kinda Sweet A Good Choice If: You want a creamy Alabama-style white BBQ sauce with bright tang, horseradish flavor, and a light peppery kick.
