Vintage: 2024 Classification: IGT Bianco Terre Siciliane Region: Granitola Torretta, Sicily Grapes: Catarratto ABV: 11.5% Distance from the sea: 3 km Terroir: chalk and limestone A griculture: No chemical intervention. Vines are 37 years old, on average. Harvested mid-August 2024. Vinification: Hand-pressed in basket press, then spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast and & aged for 7 months in oak tonneaux. Only 670 bottles produced. Notes: Catarratto on the nose: floral and dried herbs. Zippy acidity and freshness along with ripe fruit. Good expression of the grape.
