You begin by sharing what you're navigating — your intentions, emotions, patterns, or questions. As you speak, the energetic structures beneath your experience reveal themselves. Throughout the session, I move intuitively between psychic insight and active energy work. This may include clearing intrusive thoughtforms, dissolving karmic residue, releasing trauma imprints, or shifting the emotional and energetic patterns that keep you restricted and looping in outdated narratives. The energy work supports the clarity that emerges — helping newly developed insight move beyond the mental and integrate into authentic, lasting change.
