duration: around 2 hours September 24 at 5:05pm you will be setup in a very cozy comfortable atmosphere where you will be lying down for the duration of the sound bath. please brin g your own pillows and blankets to be extra comfortable. dress code is cozy. we’ll start off with a smudge cleansing with smoke from high vibrational herbs and a simple breathing exercise to get you grounded and cleared we have a range of specific frequency tuned instruments from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles and more that will be used. we also blend in indigenous medicine songs.
