After a decade-long career as a teacher for students with disabilities, Jay transitioned to sound meditation, facilitating over 2,000 experiences with instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and flutes. In 2020, he co-founded the Ahimsa School of Sound Healing, where he serves as director and curriculum creator. Jay's mission is to demystify meditation, helping participants achieve deep relaxation and connect with their own intuition.
