A classic revisited, our Sour Mix makes a perfect whiskey or amaretto sour. Sometimes called sweet & sour mix, our blend adds the citrus contrast of lemons and limes, along with a touch of sweetness to many cocktails and liqueurs. Simply mix with ice, water, and any preferred alcohol, then shake and serve. Makes 6 servings. 105 g (3.7 oz.) TO PREPARE MULTIPLE SERVINGS:In a pitcher, combine 3 cups (750 ml) of cold water and the contents of the Sour Mix pouch. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Prepare two drinks at a time in a cocktail shaker; add ice, 1 cup (250 ml) of prepared Sour Mix and 3 oz (90 ml) of Whiskey or Amaretto. Shake well to create some froth. Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice. Top with a cherry for some extra flair and enjoy!FOR A SINGLE SERVING:In a cocktail shaker, add 1/2 cup (125 ml) of cold water and 4 tsp (17.5 g) of the Sour Mix. Shake well until the mix has fully dissolved. Then add 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) of Whisky or Amaretto, top with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
