In this class we explore how to approach making sourdough at home. In this 2 hour class we will go through all of the steps involved with making succesful sourdough but most import antly you will get the hands on experience of feeling the dough at the different stages - something you cant do on youtube. So we will cover: Mixing, proofing, shaping, baking and feeding the starter. You will get to take home: a dough ready to bake, banneton (that you will take your dough home in), a dough scraper, sourdough starter and also some quality flour for your next bake!
