In this highly hands-on 4-hour workshop, you'll step behind the scenes at Rüdi's and learn the techniques our team uses every day to create artisan bread. Limited to just four participants, the workshop offers plenty of personal guidance as you mix, shape, ferment and bake your own sourdough. We've intentionally limited this workshop to just four participants so every person receives personalised guidance, hands-on practice and direct feedback throughout the session. Hosted inside our working bakery, you'll learn the same artisan principles that guide our baking here at Rüdi's. Rather than simply watching, you'll be actively mixing, shaping, fermenting and baking your own bread throughout the workshop. You'll spend less time observing and more time baking.
