In this 2 hour, in-person class, you'll learn the essentials of sourdough. From caring for your starter to baking your first loaf of bread, I'll guide you through the process. Each attendee will leave with their own starter and we'll go over how to keep it healthy and ready for baking. You'll even get to taste a freshly baked sourdough loaf. The class is $75 with a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining $25 can be paid on the day of the class. Classes are held at Yampa Valley Fiberworks. Show more
