Ingredients: Wheat flour Rye flour, salt, water and sourdough Storage: We recommend storing this loaf in a breadbox or in a paper or plastic bag in the pantry, in these conditions it will last for a good 5-6 days. Like other sourdough breads, this loaf comes back great after being frozen. Please note that all our breads are made with 100% Sourdough the old school long way so they take 2 days to make.
