A dried version of our shop's whole wheat sourdough culture. Composed of native wild yeast and bacteria that has been lovingly cultivated for over 10 years. This starter can be use d to make an ongoing batch of sourdough starter using just whole grain flour and water. Includes 1/5-liter Weck Jar for storing your culture. Activation instructions here.
