Active dehydrated sourdough starter without the hassle of making your own! Sourdough is a fermented bread. Fermented foods are shown to be very beneficial for healthy gut bacteria and a healthy gut is crucial to our overall health (our gut in the holistic world is known as our "second brain", how cool is that!) Simply add dehydrated starter to unbleached all-purpose flour and unfiltered water. Could take up to 3 days to rise. Kit includes: Silicone 8-inch spatula for mixing/scraping sides of container, dehydrated active sourdough, and detailed instructions. Don't forget to give him/her a name!
