How To Use - To make Soursop Leaf Tea you will need to Wash 2-3 leaves and tear them up, you would then place them in a pot of Spring or filtered water & boil for 5 minutes then let steep for 10 minutes with the pot covered, strain and then drink. Alternatively you can use a larger amount of leaves and boil in 1litre of Spring or filtered water & then reduce down to around 600-800ml. You can keep the tea refrigerated and consume over 2-3 days.
