This ethereal 1.52 Boulder Opal from Quilpie, Queensland Australia flashes the brightest of pinks. She’s the colour of the Aurora Australis. Pink with flashes of green against a de ep lilac purple. This opal comes alive in the sunlight and flashes greens in the shade (last two pictures). Wrapped and framed with hand stamped solid 9ct gold and set on a 2mm gold band.
