Big, bold, warming & expressive. Our Navy Strength Gin is produced with the same fractional distillation style as the standard Southwick's Gin. For the Navy Strength we distill juniper on its own after a maceration period, then our “Base Note” maceration (cinnamon, angelica root & licorice root), and our “Top Note” vapor infusion (green cardamom, allspice, dried orange peel & and dried lemon peel) in three separate distillations. These “fractions” are then blended to create the perfect balance.
