Ultimately, you are responsible for correctly measuring the spa. Spas measured incorrectly are not eligible for a refund. Make sure you measure the spa, and not the existing cover. Our retail location has physical color samples, that you may come by to view. Time Frame: Spa Covers are custom made and production time generally takes 3-6 weeks. Shipping to our location usually occurs in 1-2 business days. Once we receive your cover, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup or delivery. Local Pickup or Local Delivery: *Spa Covers are delivered to Swim-N-Pools, and the customer is responsible for pickup. If you would like Swim-N-Pools to deliver the cover, there is a delivery fee.
