The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. The handle of the Panda cutlery is made from real bamboo, a very resistant natural wood. To preserve the radiance of the wood, Sabre recommends regular care with olive or linseed oil. It is also recommended that you do not leave your cutlery soaking in water.
