Applications Spanjaard Hand Cleaner Citrus is extensively used by mechanics, motorists and “do-it-yourself” enthusiasts. The formulation consists of a petroleum solvent / D-limonene / water emulsion with added glycerine to offset any drying effect of one’s hands.
